hands

i know i just blogged about valentine's day, but...

tonight as i trekked home in the kinda cold but not that cold weather, i saw two people walking from the other direction. i turned to walk onto the street i needed to get on to get home, and i could tell that the two people were headed in the same direction.

honestly i'm a super slow walker, so i wasn't surprised when the two people walked around me and then ended up in front of me (happens all the time...i am a REALLY slow walker).

the two people, it turned out, was a couple. really cute - both people relatively short, the girl was wearing a white jacket and the boy was wearing black. anyway, what made me smile was when i saw that they were holding hands.

for some reason i think holding hands is one of the cutest things in the world. it's so simple, but it's so sweet.

anyway, just seeing this couple walk home together, holding hands...it just made me smile :)
